WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.29/2026 U/S 8 SPPM SS 4 OF Gutkha and Mainpuri Act 2019 of PS Vijuto and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and A.P.G for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousands Rupees only) each with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicants/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousands Rupees only) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousands Rupees only) each with direction to appear before trial court and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of their after causing their signature within two days to this court for record.
