Whereas, in the subject mentioned case, brother of accused filed an application for issuance of intimation to jail authorities regarding intact of bail of accused in subject case.
Perusal of record it appears that accused released on bail in subject case, thereafter he was arrested in another case. Online P.O was issued, thereafter he was produced through online video link before this court and still confined in your thatta jail. His bail in subject case is still intact.
