Whereas, on hearing the bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by learned counsel for applicant/accused named below and learned ADPP for the state, this court, passed an order that the accused named below be released on bail, on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount, vide order dated 21.08.2026, passed in below mentioned case/crime.
And whereas, today 24.08.2026, the required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, one Abdul Kareem son of Rizwan Mirani resident of Numaish Old Sukkur stood surety for accused, which has been accepted by this court.
You are therefore, directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime and direct the accused to appear before this court before trial court within three days and obtain such P.R bond and be sent to this court for office record
