                       Whereas, the convicted/appellant named below preferred a Criminal Jail appeal bearing No. S-67/2019 against the Judgment passed by this court dated 10.07.2019 whereby the accused was convicted and sentenced for life imprisonment under section 302(b) PPC and to pay fine of 200,000/- to be paid to legal heirs of deceased. The Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit court larkana vide judgment dated 24.08.2026 passed in above jail appeal has modified the  above sentence to the extent that conviction of apellant under section 302(b) PPChas been altered to one under section 302(c) Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the sentence of imprisonment for liefe awarded to the appellant by this court  has been modified and reduced to the period alrady undergone by him. The amount of compensation/fine imposed by this court alongwith the sentence awarded in default of payment thereof, shall stand merged with the sentence already undergone by the appellant , the remaining sentences, if any shall also stand modified to the extent indicted above. The benefit of Section 382-B Cr.P.C ias alrwady extended to the appellant. 
                                    You are, therefore directed to release the convicted/appellant named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime.
