Whereas the case of accused Shahzado s/o Ghulam Hussain Kharos, has been kept in abeyance vide order dated 11.06.2026, subject to furnishing the solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (two lac). Accused has furnished the required surety before this Court, same is verified and accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to RELEASE the above named accused from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case.
However, the Superintendent, District Prison & Correctional Facility, Shikarpur is further directed to obtain a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (two lac) undertaking to appear before the Court as and when required. (Such copy of bond is eclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court after taking LTI/Signature)
