Whereas, applicant/accused Abid S/o Iqbal Mallah has been granted post arrest bail by this Court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Mashooque Ali S/o Gul Muhammad Mallah R/o Soorajabad Muhalla Dadu, Taluka & District Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Abid S/o Iqbal Mallah from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused is directed to attend this Court.
