Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Awais son of Khadim Hussain by caste Totani vide order dated 01-08-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.1017/2026 filed in Sessions Case No.211/2026 titled State versus Zohaib Gopang & others for the offence under section 324, 353, 402, 399, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.233/2025 of PS Kamber city, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 14.09.2026 at 08-30 am positively.
