WHEREAS, applicant/accused Sadam son of Ali Akbar by caste Magsi , has been granted bail by Honourable Circuit High court of Larkana the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees One Lac Only) and PR bond in the like amount, Vide BA order dated 10.08.2026, in connection with Criminal Bail Application No.S113 of 2026 Re- Sadam Magsi VS The State for offence U/S 324,504 148 & 149 -PPC, arising out of Crime No.181/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before concerned Court.
