Whereas the applicants/accused Haq Nawaz s/o Wazir by caste Buriro, who was remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section: 302,395,396,120-B,148,149 PPC bail application of accused granted by this court in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- (Two Hundred thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.
