Whereas, the applicant/accused Sadam son of Ali Akbar @ Pathan by caste Hasirani Magsi, has been granted bail by this Court in Crl. B.A in Sessions Case No.273/2026 vide order dated: 27.08.2026; filed U/s 497 Cr.P.C, in case/Crime No.185/2025 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot (Re- Sadam Hussain V/S The State) for the offence punishable under section 24 SAA, 2013, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the this Court on 29-08-2026 at 08:30 AM, positively.
