Whereas, the applicant/accused Sadam son of Ali Akbar @ Pathan by caste Hasirani Magsi, has been granted bail by the Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court Larkana, in Crl. B.A No.S-113 of 2026 vide order dated: 10.08.2026; U/s 497 Cr.P.C, in case/Crime No.181/2025 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot (Re- Sadam Hussain V/S The State) for the offence punishable under section 302, 324, 504,148, 149 -PPC, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) and P.R bond in the like amount to satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
