Whereas, applicants/accused namely, (01) Sajjad son of Ali Gohar @ Agho and (02) Asad Ali son of Mumtaz both by caste Shaikh, who is/are already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each (Rupees twenty thousand) each and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished by the applicants/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Mumtaz Ali son of Jeand by caste Shaikh r/o Village Kosar Collony taluka Mirpur Mathelo District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicants/accused named above in the sum of Rs:20,000/-each ( Rupees twenty thousand) only & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he/they is/are no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
