The accused named below has been granted bail from below mentioned criminal bail application filed in the Sessions Case No.399/2026 State/Versus: Asghar Dahani and others vide order dated 27.08.2026 subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime. A P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30000/- be taken from accused and send to this court. Accused is further directed to attend this Court on 12.09.2026 at about 08.30 a.m without-fail.
