Whereas, this court has passed the order dated: 31.08.2026, under section 249 Cr.P.C, in which below named accused has been discharged subject to furnishing a personal recognizance PR bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees only) undertaking to appear before this court as and when required, in the event the proceedings are reopened. The Superintendent/Jailor concerned is directed to release the accused forthwith upon obtaining the aforesaid PR bond and to forward the same to this court without delay.
