P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicant/accused has been granted bail vide Order dated 27-08-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No. S-352 OF 2026 ( Khuda Bux…Versus…The State) to the above named Applicant/accused subject to him furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

                  And whereas the below named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.

                 You are, therefore, directed to release the below named accused forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after causing their P.R. bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- only, for his appearance before this court on the date of hearing viz.- 10-09-2026 at 08:30.a.m, and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record, without fail.
