Whereas this court has been granted bail of accused Sain Bux s/o Ghous Bux by caste Luhar Baloch in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand rupees) and P.R. bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished by the accused which is provisionally accepted subject to verification by this court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required by you in any other case/crime after taking P.R. bond from him in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) and same be sent to this court for office record and also direct him to appear before this court on – 05-09-2026 at 8-30 am.
