Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Wajid son of Suleman @ Noor Hussain by caste Mugheri vide order dated 29.08.2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.1249/2026 titled Wajid Mugheri vs. The State for the offence under section 33-Ai, Fi, 504, 506/2, 337-Hii, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.21/2026 of PS Kamber city, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this trial Court positively.
