Whereas this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused Bakhshal s/o, Chuttal Butt in Crl. Bail application in Sesssion Case No. 55/2011, Re. Bakhshal & others V/S the state Offence U/S. 448, 436, 506/2, 395, 147, 148, 149 PPC, in Police Crime No. 13/2010 of Fatehpur P.S, in the sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/ accused which is accepted.
