Whereas this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused Najeebullah S/o Sajjan Chandio in Crl. Bail application in Session Case No. 727/2025, Re. Najebullah V/S the state Offence U/S. 24 SAA, in Police Crime No. 13/2025 of Mahota P.S, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/ accused which is accepted.
