Najebullah & others V/S the state Offence U/S. 302, 324, 148, 149, 114, 337Hii PPC, in Police Crime No. 10/2025 of Mahota P.S, in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- (One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/ accused which is accepted.
