Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad, in the instant case and crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & State Counsel, the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad, has ordered that the applicant/accused Irfan Ali S/o Hamzo Khan Bhand, be admitted on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/accused has been furnished, one Mst. Nusrat Daughter of Ghulam Hyder Bhand R/o House No. B/137 Muhalla Mazdoorabad Dadu & District Dadu, is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(One Lac) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Irfan Ali S/o Hamzo Khan Bhand from your jail custody at once if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down & directed to appear before this court on 05.09.2026 at 08:30 A.M to face his trial, in the above mentioned case & crime.
