Whereas, the applicant/accused named above had filed a bail application u/s 497 Cr.PC before this court through his advocate, Mr. Muhammad Malook Khaskheli, seeking bail after arrest. After hearing the I/C ADPP for the state and counsel for the applicant/accused, bail after arrest was granted to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs, 40,000/- subject to the furnishing of surety to the satisfaction of this court, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
