Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Suhail son of Noor Hussain by caste Shaikh vide order dated 02-09-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.08/2026 filed in Sessions Case No.206/2026 titled State Sono Magsi & others for the offence under section 402, 399, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.149/2026 of PS Kamber city, in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this Court on 15.09.2026 at 08-30 am positively.
