Whereas advocate for accused has filed bail application U/S. 497, Cr, P.C. on behalf of the above named accused persons. Notice was given to learned, ADPP for the state. After hearing the arguments from respective counsel, the court has granted bail to the accused persons in the sum of Rs.30, 000/-each with P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned crime/case, subject to furnishing surety, which has accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed to release the above named accused persons (If he is not required in any other custody case by any court). The P.R bond of the accused persons is attached here with for obtaining signatures/LTI, with the direction that same may be returned to this court for record. The accused persons may also be directed to appear before this Court on 19-09-2026 at 08:30 AM without fail.
