WHEREAS, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad vide order dated 07.09.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.S-793 of 2026 has granted post-arrest bail to the below named applicants/accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished by below named applicants/accused before this court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the below named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case, after obtaining his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-each for their appearance before this court on 14.09.2026 and continue to appear as further directed to them and return the same after execution, to this court within three days after receipt of this Release Writ.
