Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.

                  Whereas, accused (01). Lutufullah s/o Ghulam Nabi @ Nabi Bux (02).Rano s/o Allah Wadayo, (03).Munawar s/o Agnro and (04).Ali Nawaz s/o Kamal Khan all by caste Rind, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections under the remand warrant of this court. This court has granted bail to the above named accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- each (Thirty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court and one deponent namely Haji Jatoi so Khan Muhammad by caste Rind, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been provisionally accepted.

                        You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with direction to accused to appear before trial Court on each and every date of hearing withoutfail.
