SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED AMJAD ALI S/O ALLAH BUX MARI, (MENTIONED AS AMJAD ALI S/O ALLAH
                 BUX  MARI,  IN  THE  REMAND  ORDER  ISSUED  BY  THE  MAGISTARTE COURT ),  IN  CRIMINAL  BAIL
                 APPLICATION IN SEPCIAL CASE NO.186/2026, THE STATE VERSUS AMJAD, U/S 9 (I) (3) C OF SCNS ACT
                 2024, CRIME NO.274/2026 OF PS TANDO ADAM CITY.

            Whereas, a bail application U/S 497 Cr.PC has been filed by the Counsel on behalf of above named applicant/accused before this Court and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of. Rs:1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lac Fifty Thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.

               You are hereby directed to release the named above applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court of law. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on the next date of hearing viz 26.10.2026 at 08: 30 am without fail to face his trial.
