SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 253/2024 REG. RAJA HUSSAIN V/S THE STATE U/S 399, 401, 324, 353 & 34-PPC CRIME NO: 64/2024 P.S. NEW FOUJDARI.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Raja Hussain S/O Ghulam Hussain by caste Lashari who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 399, 401, 324, 353 & 34-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant fromyour custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) for his appearance concerned court.
