The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur has been pleased to grant his bail, subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and a PR Bond in the like amount in Cr.BA No.862 of 2026 Re- Nadeem s/o Dadlo Hindu by caste Oad Versus The State U/S 23 (i) (a) Sindh Arms Act-2013, Crime No.189 of 2026 Police Station Mirpur Mathelo vide an order dated:24-9-2026, who has been accepted as surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs,50,000/- and PR bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore directed to release the above named accused from jail custody only in above captioned crime, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/-, for his appearance before trial Court as & when required.
