However, u/s 324 PPC is not made out against accused as per order of
Honorable District and Sessions Judge, karachi West on 13/01/2026.
Therefore, accused was not required for u/s 324 PPC as section 324 PPC was removed.
Trial was proceeded for offence u/s 337-H(ii) PPC and accused is acquitted u/s 245 (i)
from the charge of offence u/s 337-H(ii) PPC.
