SUBJECT: RELEASE WRIT OF MUHAMMAD SUFIYAN S/O MUHAMMAD ASLAM ALIAS AHMED RAZA, IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO.902/2026 MUHAMMAD SUFIYAN VERSUS THE STATE U/S 24 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013 CRIME NO:208/2026 OF POLICE STATION TANDO ADAM CITY.
Whereas, the above named applicant/accused was previously admitted to bail in the above mentioned case and crime; and whereas, the previous surety furnished on behalf of the applicant/accused subsequently withdrew from his surety, whereupon the applicant/accused was taken into custody and remanded to the said jail for want of surety.
And whereas, the applicant/accused has now furnished the required solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupee Twenty Thousand) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The fresh surety so furnished on behalf of the applicant/accused has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed to release the above named applicant/accused from the said jail in the above mentioned case and crime forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith; the same be returned to this Court after obtaining the signatures/L.T.Is. of the applicant/accused thereon for record.
The applicant/accused is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing to face his trial, without fail.
