Whereas, above named for applicant/accused have been granted bail by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas subject to surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/- (Rupees Two Lac only). Applicant/accused was directed to furnish required surety before trial court and same has been furnished and as well accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if she is not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signature/ LTI of accused on it. Accused be directed to appear before this court for facing her trial on 20.10.2026 at 08:30 AM, without fail.
