Whereas, the Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused RASHID S/O ALLAH BACHAYO BY CASTE JAMALI and upon hearing Miss. Reshma Ali Rajput, advocate for applicant/accused and Mr.Ameet Kumar S.Rajpal, APG for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
