Subject:      CONVICTION WARRANT OF NAMELY MUHAMMAD ARSHAD @ ARSHU S/O MUHAMMAD SHARIF MARI IN S.CASE NO. 175                          OF 2024 STATE VS MUHAMMAD ARSHAD & OTHERS CRIME NO.66/2023 U/S 302, 311, 34 PPC, PS 60 MILE

                    Whereas today i.e. 08^th day of October, 2026, this Court has convicted accused Muhammad Arshad @ Arshu u/s 265 H(2) C.r.P.C. He is sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life u/s 302 (b), PPC read with 311 P.P.C. as Tazir. He shall further pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac only) as compensation of the LRs of the deceased U/s 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of failure to pay the aforesaid compensation, the accused shall undergo S.I. for a further period of six months. The amount of compensation, if not paid, shall be recoverable in accordance with law as arrears of land revenue. The record reflects that accused Muhammad Arshad @ Arshu has remained in custody as an under-trial prisoner with effect from 21.11.2023. He is therefore, entitled to the benefit of section 382-B, Cr.P.C. The period already undergone by him as an under-trial prisoner shall be adjusted against the sentence awarded to him in accordance with law. The accused has been produced before this Court from District Prison, Shaheed Benazirabad, and is hereby remanded to custody to serve out the sentence awarded herein. You are directed to return the conviction warrant to this court with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
