The State. U/S: 454, 382 PPC, Crime No.343/2026 of P.S A-Section Ghotki, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:50,000/- (Fifty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of trial/this court. The deponent namely Mst. Samaiya w/o Parvez, by caste Mirani, r/o Laloo Wari, Taluka Ghotki, has filed their his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has provisionally been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he/they is/are no more required in some other custody case/crime.
