Whereas, above named accused has been granted bail U/s: 497 Cr.P.C by this Court subject to furnish solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount, and accordingly such surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- has been accepted by this Court.
Therefore, you are, hereby directed to release the above named accused in the above mentioned case and crime forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody/case by any Court of law.
