Whereas, the following named accused whom you hold in your jail custody in the below cited case/crime. This Court has granted the bail of accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- Each (Fifty Thousand each) and PR bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished by the accused which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby required and authorized to release the below named accused from your jail custody forthwith if they are no more required in other custody case/crime, under intimation to this Court, without fail and taking P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each from the accused for his appearance before the Court where required and sent the same to this court for record.
