34 OF 2026, ZAHID ALI VERSUS THE STATE U/S 9 (I)(3)C OF SCNS ACT 2024, CRIME NO.75/2026 OF PS TALUKA TANDO ADAM, IN SPECIAL CASE NO.163 OF 2026 THE STATE VERSUS ZAHID ALI.
Whereas, a bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Counsel of applicant/accused, named above before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas. The Honourable High Court after hearing the arguments bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the named above applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court of law. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on the next date of hearing viz 24.10.2026 at 08:30 am without fail to face his trial.
