Subject: CONVICTION WARRANT OF NAMELY GHULAM ALI SON OF GHULAM RASOOL BROHI IN S.CASE NO. 171 OF 2021 STATE VS GHULAM ALI BROHI & OTHERS, CRIME NO.05/2021 U/S 302, 311, 34 PPC, PS 60 MILE
Whereas today i.e. 21st day of October, 2026, this Court has convicted accused Ghulam Ali u/s 265 H(2) C.r.P.C for the offence punishable U/s 302 P.P.C. R/w 311 P.P.C. He is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life u/s 302 (b), P.P.C. as Tazir so also same punishment for the offence u/s 311 P.P.C. As the charge of double murder has been proved, hence, both imprisonments shall be treated on two counts for each murder. He shall further pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac only) as compensation of the LRs of each deceased U/s 544-A Cr.P.C. In case of failure to pay the aforesaid compensation, the accused shall undergo S.I. for a further period of six months more. The amount of compensation, if not paid, shall be recoverable in accordance with law as arrears of land revenue. The record reflects that accused Ghulam Ali has remained in custody as an under-trial prisoner with effect from 25.01.2021 to 22.02.2023. He is therefore, entitled to the benefit of section 382-B, Cr.P.C. Accused Ghulam Ali is present on bail. He is taken into custody and remanded to jail to serve out the above sentences.
2. You are directed to return the conviction warrant to this court with an endorsement under his hand certifying the manner in which the sentence has been executed.
