SUBJECT:      RELEASE LETTER OF ACCUSED ALI NAWAZ @ NAZO KHASKHELI.

                     Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of learned Civil Judge & J.M,Faiz Ganj in aforementioned case/crime.

                    And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr.Shoukat Ali Jutt Advocate for the said applicant/ accused and AGP/SPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty  thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.

                       And whereas the surety namely Mushtaque Ali S/O Wali Muhammad Khaskheli, Resident of P.O Kot Laloo village Haro Khaskheli taluka Faiz Ganj and District Khairpur has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-and produced (01) Defence Saving Certificate in the sum of Rs 50,000/-   which has been accepted.

                      You are hereby, required to release forthwith the below named applicant/accused from your custody and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-to be executed for his appearance to this court  on-  -11-2026  at 08:30 a.m. and send the same P.R bond to  this court within three days.
