Whereas, the accused named below was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22.10.2026, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and a P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The surety for the accused submitted an application on behalf of the accused seeking reduction of the surety amount. The said application was allowed vide Order dated:23.10.2026, and the surety amount was reduced from Rs. 50,000/- to Rs.30,000/-. The accused has furnished the required surety, which is hereby accepted by this Courtt.
