Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused Muhammad Tagyal Son of Soomar Badhani Jatoi, and upon hearing Mr. Haji Ahsan Ahmed Memon advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- in words (Rupees one lac), and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
