SUBJECT:-   RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED PERSONS NAMELY 1. ABDUL QADEER S/O ABDUL JABBAR BUGTI AND 2. MUHAMMAD SHOAIB S/O HAJI ABDUL REHMAN BUGTI IN CRIME NO.209/2026 U/S:5-8 (I) GMA 20219 OF POLICE STATION SANGHAR.

                 Whereas bail has been granted by the Court of Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas in criminal bail application No.S-488 of 2026 vide order dated 21-10-2026 subject to providing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/-each along with a P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court. The required surety has been furnished in behalf of the above named accused, which has been accepted by this Court.

                  You are, hereby, directed to release the above named accused persons (If they are not required in any other custody case by any court). The P.R bond of the accused is attached here with for obtaining signatures/LTI, with the direction that same may be returned to this court for record. The accused may also be directed to appear before this Court on 31-10-2026 at 8:30 AM without fail.
