Whereas, mentioned named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of this court in aforementioned case/crime.
And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Shafi Muhammad Bango Advocate for the said applicant/accused and AGP for the State this Court, has ordered that the mentioned named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
