After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant/accused persons and the learned ADPP, the same was allowed, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- each and a P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. And whereas, the required surety and P.R. Bond have been furnished on behalf of the accused persons and have been provisionally accepted.
