Whereas, accused above named has been enlarged bail by the Honourable High court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, vide order dated 08.10.2026 passed in Criminal appeal No S-70 of 2024, Muhammad Saleem Versus The State, whereby the applicant/accused above named has been given bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 200,000/- (Rupees Two Lac) and P.R. Bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, the applicant/accused has furnished required Surety which has been accepted by this court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forthwith, if, he is not required in any other custody case by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith, same be returned after obtaining the signature/L.T.I of applicant/accused thereon to this Court for record. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on:04.11.2026.
