WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused have filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, Crime No.55 of 2026, U/Ss 377, 377-B, 292 (c), 34 PPC R/W Section 3 of TIP Act, 2018 Police Station Diplo, after hearing the advocate for applicants/accused and ADPP for the state, have granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousands Rupees only) with P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the above named applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousands Rupees only) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousands Rupees only) with direction to appear before trial court and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of their after causing their signature within two days to this court for record.
