And whereas the surety namely Ghulam Murtaza S/O Mushtaque Ahmed, Resident of village Mehral Khan PO Sadar Ji Bhatyun taluka Kingri has furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-and produced (03) Defence Saving Certificates in the sum of Rs 10,000/- each which has been accepted.
You are hereby, required to release forthwith the below named applicant/accused from your custody and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/-to be executed for his appearance to this court on- -11-2026 at 08:30 a.m. and send the same P.R bond to this court within three days.
