WHEREAS, the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad, vide order dated 19-10-2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. S-672 of 2026, received through endorsement No. 10009 dated 21-10-2026 of the Assistant Registrar, High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad, has been pleased to grant bail to the below named accused subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs. 500,000/- to the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, solvent surety in the shape of Special Saving Certificate has been furnished on behalf of the accused and the same has been provisionally accepted.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case / crime pending against him in any Court of law, after proper verification and identification and after obtaining the P.R Bond affixed herewith.
