VERSUS JANI @ JANRO.
Whereas, a criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the Counsel of applicant/accused, named above before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Mirpurkhas. The Honourable High Court after hearing the arguments bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees 0ne Hundred Thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned trial court. The required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the named above applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with if he is not required in any other case/crime by any other Court of law. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on the next date of hearing viz 11.11.2026 at 08:30 am without fail to face his trial.
